As a 27 year veteran of the hospitality industry as well as for the past 9 years having coached executives and business owners to incredible business growth as partner in One Degree Leadership, Miguel decided to create MyRestaurantCFO.com because he wanted to pair up the powerful human nature-based leadership and business lessons that helped him achieve his success with the sound financial services every business should have.
Having spent the majority of his career in Charlotte, Philadelphia, and New York City, Miguel now lives in Saint Petersburg, FL, with his wife and their two children. You can find Miguel spending time with his family, enjoying the beautiful Florida weather either at Disney or the beaches. He also spends his time serving at his church, where he focuses on the men’s, marriage, and mission ministries. He and his family travel the world working with others to help them create a better quality of life.
For over two decades, Ruben has worked for companies like Citibank, Banco Santander, HSBC, and BankBoston in roles as diverse as cash management, product development, regional oversight, and global division management. With degrees in Engineering, studies in Economics, and a Postgraduate Certificate PGCert in Creation of Small Businesses and a Tech degree in Management of Tourism Enterprises, Ruben now applies his extensive experience in finance to serve the clients of MyRestaurantCFO.
Ruben believes that alternative options for financial products along with adequate financial services is a winning model to help restaurant businesses grow.
He lives in Tampa, FL, with his beautiful wife and two amazing children. Ruben loves spending time with his family watching movies, visiting historical sites, and enjoying nature.
